I prefer for Australian staff to be reading with my queries and not people from around the globe. Give the work to Australians and not to remote agents. I have allways raved about Internode to friends and acquaintances because of their abilities and was not impressed when a call was taken by someone in South Africa recently. The only criticism I have ever had with this service.
