Shrimp was under cooked in the drunken shrimp. Cajun catfish wasn't spiced as a Cajun would. Waitress was missing most of our stay. It was open Mic night at a blues place. No musicians played. I just heard urban poetry spoken. They somehow lost what a Blue you t should be.
