We're from Northern California and found the used Lexus GX I was looking for. I arranged everything over the phone and even though I had business travel for the week before i could travel to the dealership, Charlie Leeson arranged for the car to be held for me. I returned home from my business trip, my wife and I flew to Orange County, Charlie picked us up for a short ride to the dealership. It was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I've ever had when purchasing a car.

The vehicle was better than described and the service was outstanding by everyone who participated.

Great experience and great car.
