Absolutely disgraceful organisation....I just phoned to inform them that our garden waste 'collection' resulted in a quarter of the contents still being in situ when I picked the bin back up.Upon speaking with someone,I was informed that 'I can't log this today,as the system doesn't allow it for the same day - can you phone back tomorrow.....??' Is this why we pay for the privilege of having our garden waste collected??? On top of this year's council tax increase,it would seem that Pendle Council's 'customer service' has spiralled even further south.Terrible council - no wonder the area resembles a third world environment....
