Mom cleared to live home alone following stroke and rehab at elim park. Two months later very serious fall at her home alone. Was told she could not rehab there again because she was a fall risk? What? Big error elim, she never should have been allowed to go hone alone. When brought to ceo attention, family told it was nurses final decision. They are not interested in caring properly in my opinion. They put moms life at risk and then did everything they could to cover it up.
