Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience. We had our car (small japannertje) brought for a big turn. Then we were told that the radiator was leaking and had to be replaced. Ok, so be it. Total costs were almost 600 and I think that for a large turn plus a radiator replaced for this type of (small) car pretty spicy. When I then asked when I picked up the car whether I could see the old radiator for a moment to see where it was sitting, it was said that it had already been thrown away. Not neat and not transparent towards the customer!
Then when I asked if it was all right and the leak was solved I was only told "yes for now, but we can not guarantee anything"
Quite an uninterested, meaningless answer ...
Given the many positive reviews on this garage, I really expected a more customer-friendly service level ... and especially for this price! I did not feel valued and taken seriously as a customer. Disappointing.

Edit: Meanwhile, the garage has called me. Glad they take their reviews seriously. My first (disappointed) feeling is not removed, but I certainly appreciate the effort they take to make a phone call.
