Have been with HAG for a few years now and I'm totally bowled over by their service. I recently had need for a defective water dispenser to be replaced on my Beko fridge fridge freezer. I made the call, a few days later an engineer arrived. After checking the fault, he advised the part would need to be ordered and would take a week. One week later, he returned and replaced the item. Not the first time I have had to call on HAG, but as always, the service I received went beyond excellent and I would readily suggest to anyone to make use of HAG. However, be aware that you only deal with Home Appliance Guard and not other companies calling themselves Home Appliance. HAG are the real deal,
