Here for a surgical procedure. They called me to schedule the procedure yesterday and scheduled it for 10:50am. I am still waiting at 11:45am. Then I was told my appointment got bumped to 12pm, but I was never informed of this. Go elsewhere if you want to be kept informed of appointment times.
