I honestly had a terrible experience here, not just me. I've know people that purchased vehicles here that has been nothing but problematic. I just don't feel that the service was up to par and that the front desk staff was competent. One bad apple shouldn't spoil the bunch, however, when a 2017 sedan is not properly running and all I get is smart remarks. As if it were my fault I bought a vehicle that has problems. It honestly made me want to give the car back, write this review to the company and the BBB and whoever else would care. Although I paid the money, to resolve the issue. Despite bringing the vehicle in to getting recalls the vehicle had fixed 2 days prior; Not getting to work on time cost money, and more importantly the unreliability of not knowing if my wife is gonna go into labor with my first child and have that uncertainty of getting to where you need to go left a sour taste in my mouth. Speaking to management or anyone on behalf of this matter would've served no purpose I'm sure they have a rebuttal for everything. If you wanted to know my thoughts on my experience; there you go.
