They tried to slip in a higher monthly payment than was originally agreed upon into the paperwork. Very shady business practice. Do not buy from this dealer.

No thank you. Your employee Ron in finance was very rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience for him to be helping. He wasn't the original person who had done the financing the day before, and when it came time to come back the next day to sign final paperwork, the monthly payment had mysteriously gone up and the explanation as to why didn't add up. Kinda crazy that your finance department wasn't willing to honor the original agreement or offer a reasonable explanation, especially during these times when you should be doing everything in your power to make a sale. We will be going to another dealership.
