Last two times I was in, it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and 27 point inspection. I asked both times to have my brakes taken care of as there is a recall on them, and it is supposed to be free through them. Never happened.

I just went to Valvoline in Bloomington, and it took them 20 minutes to do an oil change, change my engine filter, rotate tires and fill them with air, top off all fluids, and the 27 point inspection. No appointment needed. No runaround. I didn't even get out of my car.

This place is a joke. I do not recommended them to anyone. Save your time and money, and go to Valvoline in Bloomington off of Lyndale.
