This is for the Pest Control part not the Security part.
I tried to google the Pest Control one, it always brought me to this Security part. I am happy with the security part, no complain and been using it for several years (the cheapest I can find with no problem w service). So I thought I want to try the Pest Control part since it offers 25% off and no other companies can beat that price. But the customer service John is very very rude. Raise his voice when answering my questions. When I told him he was rude, he did not offer apology & blatantly saying it was annoying to answer my questions. What the heck. I asked basic questions, because I want to compare with the current pest control company that I've been using for a very very long time. I want to make sure I can get the same service, so it's not cheaper but less service. The manager should review the phone conversation made on July 23, around 12 - 1 pm. Try to find the recording. If John does not have the patient in selling, he should not on the phone and ruin customer's day by being so rude. I'm sure he can hear my accent, if he felt superior or if he thought he can do whatever, he should not on the phone with customer. It will just ruin the company's good security rating. Pest Control is basic & my current company's I'm using is very satisfactory but more expensive. Though originally I booked with John, but my husband said, what the heck, we are going to stick with our current pest control company which is Berrett Pest Control where we know for several years, very polite & consistently provides good service. So, I called again to cancel. Just because you are cheap does not mean you can forgo service and treat customer rudely by raising your voiced and and tell customer annoying just for regular questions.
