Rooms are okay except there is no privacy with the toilet. They called our room constantly which was extremely annoying. We walked in on one of the employees going through our room (we know because he was eating snacks that were in my purse in the bottom of the closet. All our money and valuables were in the safe) reported it and heard nothing back. Called the front desk about kids screaming and running up and down the hall at 12 am and they told me to deal with it. The management staff is really unexceptional but the restaurant staff is very good. If this was my first time here I would be very unimpressed with Punta Cana. The beach here is very full of sea weed and the chairs are uncomfortable. Half way through the week several bus loads of large groups showed up and have been making the place their own trailer park. Also if you're expecting anything special for your special occasion you won't get it here, they could care less. All and all love Punta Cana but would never recommend this resort and would never come back.
