I brought my 2009 for a few things, oil change and tire change, check the rust. yes the vehicle is regularly breaking out in rust. Still under warranty. I got there 5 minutes before the appointment. Waited close to 30. Watched four people who got there after me, be handled leave before me. When I was getting ready to just walk out, they called. Literally I had taken out the bus token already.

They told me to tell me to take it to where I bought it for the warranty work to be done.

When I went to pick up I asked a few questions, i was only told here is my credit card. Clearly I do not speak the right language.

Update: Just came from the express lube this morning. Completely different experienced. They cared, they lessened. The even answered questions about the past. I will go the express lube again, but not for other services
