They are polite and professional. However, clean...

They are polite and professional. However, cleanliness is lacking. There was blood on the floor and we waited 7 hours to be seen by a resident. My husband had serious symptoms but the attending didn't bother to even put eyes on him. Not satisfied with how we were treated.
