John Ball Review of Silverwood Theme Park

I honestly don't know where to start about my family's trip to silver wood. We met employees of the park who were of both extremes some very nice others well not so much. Day one we walk into the park and ask the first ride attendant where do we go to get a handicapped pass (my mother is extremely I'll with several different illnesses) he says at the ticket stands but you have to be in a wheelchair. So we go there and they then say no not us that is inside the park from general information so we go there get the pass and attempt to go on the train ride first and are told that there will be seats saved for us at specific time x so we go look around and ride 1 other ride while waiting. We return at time x and are informed that the ride is full oh well to bad so sad. Well that continues as we go through the park and we are told to return only to be told return in 40+ minutes again so we end up having been on only 1 ride day 1. Day 2 from 11 am to 7 pm we managed 6 rides having been told the same thing over and over again by employees. Well end of day rolls around we try to fit one more ride in however the ride operator informs us that the ride is closed even though 4 people were just allowed on the ride suffice it to say it was very disappointing in total and it felt like my mother was discriminated against to those who are handicapped make sure to print your ada act rights before going here. I will be contacting Idaho better business bureau and go from there updates to come.
