I called the operator just now about a billing question. I wanted to know who I would have to speak to in the hospital in regards to my particular issue. The operator proceeded to "inform" me that it was a holiday and she had no idea who I would have to talk to. I asked for her name and was told she was the Operator. I asked to speak with someone else and was again educated on the calendar. I just wanted to find out who to speak to about a dispute. Very snotty and condescending. Unacceptable etiquette if you ask me.
