Bought a used QX60 car here. Post sales I found an issue with the car roof which I was promised it will be taken care when ever I come for the first service by the sales person. However, during first service(which happened after a long time due to COVID), the team never agreed to fix the issue. Even after reaching out to several times there was absolutely no response. Truly unprofessional and won't recommend anyone to trust their team at any cost.

Overall in this dealership tricks wins and customer satisfaction don t count a pinch.

Update - Got a call from 401 Dixie Infiniti a few days back, Umar from the dealership took care of my concerns, parts were ordered and had the rails replaced. Happy to see they took care of my concern though it took some time, it was finally resolved. Appreciate all the help from Umar and team.
