Terrible Insurance company! They take forever to call you back, meanwhile you are stuck without a car but that does not matter. They are not professional at all, honestly it sounds like I was talking to some ghetto chick that just came out of high school. Every two words she says um... I asked for a supervisor and had to leave a message, never received a call back. Sounds like they do not know what they are doing. The hours are terrible on top of never being able to get in contact with them. Do not waste your money here. Honestly I don't think they know what they are doing and are constantly searching for a way to deny your claim.
