We had booked an Ibiza Suite at this hotel for a fairly high price, this is of course a choice that we have made. Nevertheless, we expect that this is also in top form. When turning on the TV, the remote control batteries appeared to be empty, I walked down nicely to have this replaced. Afterwards being comfortable in the bubble bath, you had to screw in the caps yourself as they were loose? Tip, watch out for getting in and out of this bath, we have both been hurt badly (huge bruise visible) on the edge of this bath because there is no anti-slip mat. Tucked nicely on the bed and want to put the fireplace on, again the batteries of empty :-(, I do not keep walking down. Then but the lighting next to our bed, even 1 piece. For this amount you can Expect everything to be in perfect shape! When checking out I made a mention of the batteries, I was not told this check In. Because the bruise really started to hurt I still contacted the mail because there was no note of it they can't do anything from checking out. They actually say I'm making something up. The photos sent on with our bruises, and never received any response. This is Vander Valk's service! Very bad how they handle the complaints.
