Heritage has recently taken over our community as our HOA represents and my initial experience with them was not pleasant. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge for what was going on, non personable and border line rude. For diplomacy I will not mention the names of those with whom I had those experiences. However, Lola Cadet was a phenomenal person who I happen to come into contact with as I had a situation I was trying to resolve. She went above and beyond and when it was out of her area she still was proactive with trying to get it figured out and resolved. She was always pleasant and, resourceful and positive. Her can do attitude definitely softened my feelings from my previous encounters. She is definitely a gem in the non personable culture that I have experienced with Heritage Property Management. Kudos to Lola
