After owning my old car for 15 years, it was time for an upgrade. John Kielbasa was my sales rep and he was just amazing! He first showed me an older car I was interested in, but after it taking a little bit longer than usual to get financing for it, he began to look for a newer model car that I would eventually be financed for. The second car I test drove was a dream and was approved immediately! Ian, the finance rep I worked with, made sure I was well taken care of and had all of my questions answered. I ended up being approved for the new car with a lower rate than originally quoted and a lower payment. The next day Ian showed me a bunch of little hidden gems my car has. I drove away very happy in my (new to me) 2015 Volkswagen Passat, and I owe it all to John and Ian.
This is the third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle.
