Juan showed up on-time. He was here to install an air scrubber. The installation was done quickly. After he was done, he explained the scrubber's operation and how to turn off the ozone feature if we didn't like the smell.

Juan was professional, pleasant to work with, and yet personable. He always goes above and beyond in explaining what he did and how it should affect the operation of our HVAC system!
