The woman I'll refer to as V helped me schedule my appointment. I did not have a previous referral to see a specialist. V didn't think I could get an appointment without one. She took my number down and said she would double check to see if that was a requirement. In no time at all she had called me back and let me know I didn't need one. I now have an appointment. She may have saved my life. I will try to never forget her, depending on my MRI results if course. Even so I will make a reminder. So at least I can know the story of the amazing woman who helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
