I would like to share my experience I had Jim Ellis Toyota today..
I came in with a problem from the last car I purchased from Nissan..
Susan Crawford who I meet the day of my oil change..I let her know I wanted to move up to SVU and didn't think I could..she told me she would look at a deal and try to help..
Susan did an awesome job..just amazing...
I drove out in my SUV because of this wonderful lady..if your looking for help or great deal Susan is your go to..
