Ordered a Stoves range cooker a couple of years ag...

Ordered a Stoves range cooker a couple of years ago but due to the manufacturer constantly changing the delivery date and my need to have it before Christmas I had to cancel the order with Marks and seek the product from another retail who already had the product in their warehouse. Marks were excellent at refunding the money and keeping in touch regarding the manufacturers dates. Due to the good customer service I'd received last time when it came to ordering a dishwasher they were in the running. I had looked at Currys website and saw they didn't have the one I wanted in stock ( due to my previous experience if I'm purchasing something I check the stock levels so I don't have to rely on manufacturers) Marks however did have the one I wanted and also had an excellent delivery date. I ordered it Sunday morning and it was delivered by themselves first thing Tuesday morning ( it was a Bank Holiday) the pre text message to say the time slot was spot on, we were the first drop and the driver was here before 7am. It makes all the difference to have a delivery done by the shops own transport, makes it more personal. Ours was a national delivery as were not local to the shop. All this was done over the website but it did feel like it was a shop down the road. Perfect.
