HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I ordered my food through Door Dash and everything went through, got the confirmation and everything. My order was suppose to arrive at 7:18pm. At around 8:00pm I called and asked if they ve gotten my order(because on the door dash site it said it was still being prepared in the restaurant), and they told me that they never confirmed it and it would take an additional 10 minutes to make it. So I waited AGAIN until 8:20pm to see if my order would arrive, it didn t so I called back. This time they told me my food should be arriving shortly because the driver left the restaurant. When the driver did get here(about a 10 minute commute from where I m located) my food was cold, items were prepared wrong, and thee tire meal look like it had been sitting out for an hour or so. I m so displeased with my entire experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. So unprofessional
