I purchased a new 2019 sorento from them in mid-september. Car was only washed and not detailed. Even being washed, there were still dirt and grime on the car's grill, fog lights and under carriage. There were oil marks on the interior dashboard and seats. Discarded wrapping in the front glove compartment. BEWARE of the finance people. I waited three hours to sign paperwork. While I was waiting for them to sign the paperwork, I heard them stalling by having salesmen go in and talk about personal stuff. I have a credit score over 800 and was told the lowest rate they can give me was 5.4%! I ask for KIA's 0% finance option and was denied. Instead, I was told to go and get a loan somewhere else to pay off the high rate. The finance people do not have your best interest and will make buying a car from them very regrettable. Don't be afraid to walk away.
