I got my CX-5 just last week from this Mazda dealership. Theodore was extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. He explained the features and car history in detail, and answered any questions that popped up. He was also very patient when I had phone calls to make between decisions, and was responsive to emails/texts.
I definitely appreciate not feeling pressured to buy anything, and the financing was well explained to me as well. Would definitely recommend this location (and Theo!). I visited two other Mazda dealerships in the GTA and this was the best experience of the three.
