Some of the worst if not the actual worst customer...

Some of the worst if not the actual worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. Their stock and range of items is however fantastic. I'm sure you will eventually find what you need but if it is a good shopping and customer service experience you are after, this is not where you will find it.

If the staff aren't interested in their job then they need to find another and let someone who is customer focuses take over!

I experienced ignorance, rudeness and even being ignored as a shop assistant played a game on their phone.

A truly horrible experience.
