After talking to GM, customer service was improved.

Unorganized and staff members are not efficient. My vehicle did get fixed but after bring it back three times and a few items getting stolen. In addition, lack of communication even after leaving several messages.

I would not recommend this dealership at this location. The brand Lexus is great but not this dealership. Lack of management and good customer service staff.
