Incredibly frustrated with this company. Wanting to cancel an order and they instruct you to use their webnote service, meant to reply within a few hours by their own words or within 24 if webnote was created on an evening. I've received no word from them in well over 24 hours, I've spent a total of 1.5 hours trying to call them all to no avail. Unprofessional and will avoid in future like they are ignoring my calls and emails
