The people that work there are nice and smile and call the residents by name from 9-5. But after those hours and on the weekend it's just so so. The director is not nice, likes to take his frustrations out on others, is argumentative and uses pretzel logic in his arguments. His social worker Roxanne is his pawn and she is beholden to his corporate interests. If there are any elder abuse situations do not expect any help from them.
