DO NOT DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! Have been on hold for 25 minutes to ask him about a title for a car that I paid off weeks ago !! Lady ask me my info I give it to her she put me on hold for 16 minutes to "find out where the title is" picks up back up (I CAN HEAR HER BREATHING!!) then hangs up the phone!! I called again and again waiting on the phone 20 minutes each time and still don't have any answers! WHERES MY TITLE? I've paid my car off! You got your money! Don't don't don't go through them!!! Unless you want to never get answers and never get things you e paid for! Also have been in contact with the BBB.
