Staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive with any and all the questions I had. Casey contacted my by phone several times to help me troubleshoot setting up the system and my system works great! This was my first home arcade system, and it was a success thanks to RetroActive's youtube videos and the staffs knowledge and help.
