went there for a religious retreat in the basement level.
when service was completed it seems management of hotel reneged on a deal for visitors pool use.
**NOT GOOD BUSINESS.**
If I was the visiting pastor and his guest's, I'd never step a toe back in that place. hotel management shouldn't use visitors from outta town like that.
visitors traveled from all across the tri-state area.
one family that had checked in to that hotel specifically for the retreat, was from way outta town and was wanting to be baptised, desperately,
(I was in the elevator with that guest).
I assume the visiting pastor only agreed upon staying at the Sheraton hotel in Brooklyn because pool use was included before bookings were completed. to me, that's taking advantage of the vulnerable in my book.
Sheraton Hotel in Brooklyn, skip it.
