Overall excellent but could still be much better.

Overall excellent but could still be much better.
Amazing views from hotel room. Made a real effort to respond to our request for photos from 23 years ago. Tennis, golf and cycling all excellent.
Irritating charges for water in restaurant. Most staff were excellent and friendly but occasional unhelpful attitude and lapses. Why can you not offer an inclusive deal - continuously signing chits is very tedious?
