Not a good company when it comes to communication....

Not a good company when it comes to communication. My husband missed one payment and it accumulated interest and now a car that was supposed to be payed off in 4 years is taking 8 years to pay off with an increase of $10,000. He was never informed about this accumulated interest. I understand it is also our responsibility but there is no interest in customer priority or customer satisfaction. Also the APR % rate is ridiculously high, do not go through this company if YOU ARE MILITARY. We ended up going to a different bank, took a loan out and did a payoff with this company and ended up with a 4.74% APR vs. 17.99% APR. Ridiculous!
