IF I could give 0 stars I would. I thank God that I didn't go through what most of these reviews are stating! All it took for me was a phone call. I submitted my info online and a Johnathan called me. He was very pleasant at first until he didn't feel that he could help me! Then he got rude and ignorant very fast. I told him that Im an authorized user on my parents credit cards and he cut me off and said that he will need to work with my parents then and begged me for their social security numbers!!! When I said I was not giving him that info he laughed at me . Then he laughed at my credit situation because I guess I didnt have enough debt for him to capitalize off. He was so rude! I asked if I can speak to someone else and he hang the phone up on me! I called back and got another rep who I tried to explain what happened to. He pretty much didnt seem suprised, gave a fake apology and said "well moving on"... Do not deal with these idiots!!!!
