I think they dropped the ball on our sale. When we were handed the keys we were praying we could make it to the nearest gas station the tank was empty!
The person who detailed the car apparently was having a bad day! It showed in their work .it was only half done, the window was so smeared you could hardly see out of it.
Follow up on the sale? None!
A lot of dealers offer free first oil change nope not here.
I love my car but I think I will use another dealer when I buy my next one.
Hopefully it was just an off day for them and no one else got bad service .
