Great food, perfect service. Omakase was excellent. Loved everything on it. The first three dishes were raw fish, then a beverage, then three hot dishes, a small sushi plate and dessert. From memory: tuna tartar, sashimi salad, fish carpaccio in hot oil, apple cider soda, black cod, poached lobster tail, Australian wagyu beef, 5 piece sushi plate, and Japanese cheesecake. The only comment I might make is that they were all very safe choices designed to appeal to a broad range of people. Nothing experimental or unusual here, just high quality ingredients, presentation and preparation. I saw the same dishes go by our table several times, so others got the same thing. It might be cool to have some more experimental dishes as an option too, or an all-sushi option. In any case, it made for a memorable and pleasant evening.
