Have known LSH for a number of years. They do an excellent job creating market leading accommodation backed up with an excellent service for students.

Me and 4 friends have picked to live in one of Luxury Student Homes properties for the next academic year. From viewing the properties and speaking with their tenants these homes are amazing! Speakers in the ceilings, Virgin TV and a dishwasher we couldn't sign quick enough. All the agent staff are great really friendly. 5 stars from us! Calvin

Do no rent with these. Classic example of student landlords, constant visits to the property with no warning.
Our move in date was delayed by 2 weeks then had to live in the house with builders in from 8am every day for the first 2 weeks of living there.

Fortnightly cleaning service is included in the price, cleaners that we only saw once before Christmas.

Terrible WiFi, 9 bed house but only worked in the lounge and could only have 4-5 people on it at a time, when asked to fix this we were told to do it ourselves.



Overall very disappointed with our service and surprised with the unprofessionalism when dealing with them.

Everyone at office is rude, prices are obscene and the houses often have tons of stuff wrong with them.

Do not get a house from these people. Rent from somewhere else you won t regret it.

Despite the "luxury" name and the high prices, the rooms are small and standard at most. Not sure who would be interested in this. The furniture looked new, that's the only positive.

Amazing houses and dead friendly staff! We have just signed on for our 2nd year... maintenance is always done straight away and no caps on the bills is a massive bonus. Made living away from home less stress! Thank you x

WiFi never works even during exam time but apparently that's not an emergency.
The staff are rude and unhelpful and will often ignore phone calls or emails.
They hold house viewings without 24 hours notice and barge into your room without asking.
The flat wasn't built on time as promised in the contract and building work is still going on 6 months later-
you can't even be there in the day time because of extremely noisy building work which goes on from 6am to 4pm.
There is no virgin TV as promised in the contract and there is sometimes no hot water
Stay away from this company because they are liars and they mislead people

Not good value for money. Expensive small rooms in houses shared with too many people. The bedroom size and thin walls makes noise from all other bedrooms to sound as if it were coming from your own room. Forget about studying or sleeping. Apparently these used to be 3-bedroom houses that were converted to 8-bedroom houses by making all the rooms tiny. Also the Wi-Fi is slow or doesn't even work most of the time. Very unpleasant experience.
