We researched pre-owned certified vehicles on CarFax and on GuruCars before stepping into any dealership. Called the MB Long Beach Dealer and spoke with Abel on their 2018 MB CLA 250 they had advertised and got an internet price and asked if they use Capital One Navigator financing. Able said the car is available and that they could submit to Capital One but not through their Navigator program.

When we arrived at the dealership, Abel had the car up front and ready for a test drive. This was our first time driving a MB and the car was very nice. After our test drive we thought the car was a bite too small for us and saw the GLC 300 with all the same options we were looking for. We test drove that model and immediately knew this was the right size for our family. The internet price was also honored on this model and agreed on a final price with trade in and down payment.

Abel was very polite, professional, helpful and very informative in both models we looked at. Ahmed Elkady from finance was very pleasant and knowledgeable in the types of extended warranties available to us. He also suggested the "AutoBodyGuard" which is good for 7 years and something everyone should consider during your purchase.

We drove off their lot with a 2018 MB GLC 300 which is very roomie, quite and smooth to drive. Thank you Abel, Tommy and Ahmed for a nice pleasant experience.
