Loved the decor. The room is very comfortable with a nice sitting area. Very convenient to the train and airport. Unfortunately, they have no wifi in the rooms. You must sit in the lobby. Terrible customer service. Housekeeping wouldn't clean if you weren't in the room. Service desk double charged the week in advance and
wouldn't remedy the problem unless we came back to the hotel to see the manager in person. We had already gone into downtown for the aquarium, planetarium and museum; manager never even apologized for making the mistake or the inconvenience. Won't stay here again. Hospitality goes a long way.
