Preferred the tasting at the Production Cellar ove...

Preferred the tasting at the Production Cellar over the tasting near the entrance of the estate.
The tasting near the entrance was not a great experience, everyone has their noses turned up as if they are looking down on the guests - not a nice vibe or atmosphere at all. Do not recommend it.
Did the chocolate and wine tasting with a tour at the Production Cellar, some pairings were great and others were terrible (we left some of the chocolates uneaten). The tour was ok, a lot of people, somewhat interesting.
The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants on the grounds are good.
