It's nice to see a company garner 5 stars in their reviews. Buying a home should be, in the final day, a happy experience. Ours with Foundation was not. I will not single out individuals in this review. They know who they are.

Apparently asking questions and following up with a real estate attorney for the most important purchase of your life, upsets people at Foundation. Getting specific details in writing to.protect our interests with a realtor and mortgage company also offends them.

We went with a USDA loan. The information given to us on this loan regarding the appraisal and what would be needed for loan approval was completely wrong. Asking questions made them angry. We had to take the words of the Fantastic Christian realtor and mortgage people as gospel.

Fortunately, the realtor and mortgage company never called or appeared at the closing. It's just as well, we wouldn't want to upset them with questions. Just happy when this was over.

Tred carefully with their feelings and anyone they recommend as a realtor. They are a sensitive bunch.
