I took my car for regular service for the first time at Mountain View. Explained to the advisor, John Roy what I wanted and if he could please inspect the front left tire since it s been losing air and I get the low tire pressure light every so often. He proceeded to tell me, like I didn t know anything about cars, that sometimes that happens to the front tires. Instead of debating this I just asked again to please check it. He agreed. I get a message about midday my car is ready. When I picked it up, the front desk person, one wasn t too nice, two she makes me wait and then asked me if I wanted my car washed, which I expressed to the advisor when I dropped it off, they washed it and it looks like they just ran a hose through it and lastly to top it off as I drove away the low tire pressure light came on!!! I went back and the front desk called someone to put air in the tires, some guy asked me to drive it to the service area and he proceeds to tell me oh maybe they didn t reset it! He checks the tire pressure on all the tires and puts air in the front left tire. He instructs me to reset the tire pressure monitor so it doesn t happen again. This is the kicker I drive it the next day and when I parked it on a hill and turn the tires I notice there is a nail on the front left tire. I call and ask to speak with the manager and I am still waiting for a call back. I apologize for the long rant which trust me I almost never do but this is standard stuff! Also if you work for a service industry please make sure that you provide good service or at least strive to. And don t treat your customers in a patronizing manner like we don t know anything about cars. Now I m waiting for a call back and have to take time off work to bring the car back. Thanks for letting me vent and I hope I get this resolved!
