Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Purchased a brand new bike from Thunder Road. Richard helped me arrange a test ride of the bike I wanted and took me through the sales process smoothly. All options and details were covered and the process was nice and smooth. I can't fault the polite and friendly service I have received off everyone here.
