Had been car shopping for a few weeks and had narrowed it down to a few models. Wanted to test drive an Audi and Mercedes before we finalized our decision. We didn t make it to Mercedes and bought our 2021 Q3 the next day.

Andrew Garber was our salesman and easily our best experience the past few weeks of test drives. He was knowledgeable and helped us as we test drove 3 cars. Very patient running around the lot bringing up the cars and putting a tag on. Al the while in a light steady rain. Answered all our questions, discussed pros and cons of financing vs leasing and didn t use any of the high pressure sales techniques that most people hate. That being said, we did buy a car we weren t exactly expecting to, so his sales technique was effective. It also helped that the Q3 was awesome and approved by our mechanic brother. Not that we ll need him since we bought the Audi car package. Here s hoping that their service department is as good as their sales and financing. (Nash was also a great help walking us through our options and completing our purchase)
