I can only agree with the previous speakers. Service = 0

Something was defective during the warranty period. I was generously promised that I would get the money back.

I was supposed to go to a bike shop in my area and get it repaired and get the money back from Canyon. Weeks have now passed and there is no response to my emails. I sit on the damage. I'm not going to the lawyer because of the amount, but I'm disappointed.
Ordinary emails are either not replied to or not answered correctly (presumably the emails are not read correctly).
